I started taking this about a month ago and am on a GLP-1 and noticed that I could not lift as much weights as I used to, sense taking this I am back up to the level I used to be at. I want to make sure I don't lose muscle mass.

Positive results

I test new products on myself before passing onto my wife. For me, I can see benefits within the first couple days mainly having to do with my brain and afternoon clarity at this time. I look forward to using the full 30 days and see if any other results are found.
