A nice way to start each day with just enough caffeine to get the day started.

So, these have been a game changer. We used to drink coffee before every run, and my stomach used to be absolutely torn up. Because I run so early in the morning, it was also really hard to find time to actually make coffee, drink the coffee, and then have adequate time before needing to leave for my run. Waking up at 3:30 was not it. Introduce these bad boys. I put one in a bottle of water, and usually put two scoops of the Feed’s high carb drink mix, and it gives me both the pre-run carbs that I need, and the caffeine boost that I need for my 4 AM wake ups. I make it the night before and start sipping as soon as I’m up, and me and my happy tummy can leave for a well fueled run in the next 30 minutes. My only caution is that different water bottle handle the fizzle differently. Don’t leave on any previous surfaces as it can bubble out of the top of a water bottle. I’m extra fond of the Cola flavor - it’s mild and great to drink. The cherry and berry are good too, just a little more on the flavor bomb side. Ginger lime is not for me, but I could see others loving it.
