Hiking all over Utah with my daughter, big shoutout to Staircase Escalantes, I was fried. Even my addiction to Diet Coke in a Big Gulp couldn't save me. For some reason known only to me??? I dropped a Nuun tablet into the Big Gulp and what do you know. The drink tasted better and at the end of the day I felt better. Kinda weird to be adding electrolytes to a soft drink, but I kept doing it and it worked for me. Your results may vary.

I often use these first thing in the morning before hitting CrossFit or a bike/run workout. Plain water doesn’t seem to absorb as well when I’m trying to catch up on fluids first thing. When I drink 500ml of water, it passes through the system pretty quickly. When I drink 500ml with a Nuun tablet, it seems to stay in my system.

Nuun Sport tabs give me the electrolytes I need on 30 to 80 mile rides. Subtle flavors make "just water" a little more palatable. Never ride without them.
