Cramp preventer
Took these during a race, very helpful. I definitely recommend for post race, that's when you're really going to feel it. Let it fizz alittle and down it. The only caveat, if you have a plastic flask/bottle, don't cap it immediately, let it fizz out for about 30secs - 1 minute, carbonation make it look like a balloon ready to pop.

This is just what I needed
Nuun Hydration is just right for a long bike ride. I don' need caffeine or other additives, just looking to make my water a little wetter.
Orange is the best flavor (IMHO)
