My go to drink mix for everyday exercise. Has a great balance of carbs and electrolytes. Importantly includes Potassium and Magnesium. All flavors are excellent and not overly sweet.

The taste is great, and it’s so easy to drink. Doesn’t make me feel like I need to cough something up like some brands do. Very happy with it.

Surprisingly surprised!

At first I was curious but skeptical about the stated benefits of Magnesium. I threw a few individual sachets into my cart a couple weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised to experience some pretty noticeable results! I’ve enjoyed better rest & fantastic recovery after challenging training sessions. I took the plunge & purchased 2 large packages of this stuff! Wow!
