Don’t like the taste
I bought this (lemon lime flavor) because it is the electrolyte drink that will be offered at my upcoming race, and I wanted to practice with it to make sure it won’t cause me any issues. I didn’t have any GI trouble, and I appreciate there are some carbs, but the flavor is terrible. I know taste is subjective, but this is so bitter. It’s like medicine. I won’t use it again after my race - at least not this flavor.

Race specific nutrition training
typically a tailwind girlie, but trained with this for a specific race where it was offered on coarse. Lower carb than my preference but tasted like lemon lime Skratch. Decent!
