Great energy boost
These gels were recommended to me by my chiropractor who is also a triathlete. I'm a catcher on a men's baseball team based in So Cal. When the 6th inning rolls around I have one of these gels to help me sustain my energy for the last three innings. The consistency and taste are easy to consume and digest. I've never had any issues like I've heard from others who take gels. Highly recommend!

Checks all of the boxes
A little pricier than other options, but it's my go-to gel because of it's non-sugary neutral taste and it's a little thicker than a liquid, but thinner than a GU style gel, so it's got substance but isn't hard to swallow. It's also easy on my stomach.

Some of the good stuff
I recently started using these. I will say that they are thick gel and do take some getting used to. No gut issues, they carry well and supply the right nutrition when you need it.
