Big fan

I really love how simple these are. I’m not a big fan of the weird simulated flavors you get with most brands. These are great and in my view pretty much worth the extra expense.

As a 66 year old, having recently ran my 66th marathon, I’m way past my PR years, but still competitive and looking to optimize my performance, whether with super shoes, or cutting edge nutrition. Maurten is on that cutting edge of training/race nutrition. I may not break 2 hours, but at this stage I’ll take any edge I can get.

Maurten gels work for me

Always use Maurten gels for long runs and rides. I definitely get a boost from bothe the caffeinated and non-caffeinated 100s. Highly recommend.
