Carbs I need

Been trying serial carb additive to my drink mix to have around 90 carbs per hr while I’m on my long hot bike rides and where I don’t have to do so many gels and this is a game changer very good on the stomach

I use these to help me power through workouts after long days at the office. I know I am not using them as an endurance supplement like they were formulated to be, but they really help keep me feeling lively and energetic enough to do my hour or so workout after a long day with little fluids and food throughout. Will be buying again.

Easy Breezy

I’ve been wanting to try tailwind for a while now and I’m so glad I did. It’s easy mindful carbs for those long runs. Flavors are great too!
