Premium Acupressure Mat

Simple and effective

It's easily one of my favorite health gadgets because of how simple it is. I just lay on it on my bed for 10-20 minutes before bed and it really helps. At first I couldn't believe how sharp it was for level 2 but now I'm used to it and want to go to level 3.

Love the product. Confused when it didnt have loops to hang it up for storage like my level one mat. Ill probably add some, even though the new insert has more weight.

So good, need slightly larger!

This mat has been life changing for me. It was tough to get through the first 2-3 minutes of each session during the first week but after that rough period the magic starts to work. (I got the level 2 to start) You get used to it the more you use it. I just wish it was longer and a little wider. I am 5'7", 180, so a shorter guy. I really like to use it on the back of my legs and sciatic area but have to pivot and start my time over if I want to treat that area. Same with the sides of my posterior where I have a lot of tension.
