Great intro to acupressure!
The wonderball was my first experience with acupressure. It was a great way to experiment and relieve tension in my hands, arms, feet and jaw. I used it nightly while winding down for the day. It was such a great introduction that I have since added a Shakti mat and found the benefits of acupressure to be relieving of stress and tension both physically and mentally.

Eek to invigorating
The first time was quite a shock to my feet. But as I have rolled my feet on them my feet are experiencing a relief of tension. Very pleased with the Wonderball and considering the other Shakti products.
