It works well to help my chronic lower back pain. I have found it also helps with my recovery time after I go through physical therapy. My Physical Therapist recommended I use a tens unit for pain mitigation and this is the one I chose because it doesn’t have the usual wires that you have with other devices. So much easier and comfortable. The woah nelly setting is amazing!
