Pulsetto vagus nerve stimulation device.

I returned a damaged unit and received a brand new replacement at no charge. I was very pleased that they were such a reputable company that produced an amazing product that works so very well. I would highly recommend this company and the Pulsetto unit.

Since receiving the Pulsetto , I been Using it daily and like results. However , on the downside “at times the Mobile APP for the pulsetto gets “ Faulty” ; Even after paying for a membership app? It doesn’t pair up with the selected mode that is chosen & LOCKS me out to choose the expensive up grading a membership which is not budget or customer friendly, This needs to be corrected fir consumers & consistent use. Thank you .

I really like my Pulsetto. Using it is easy and feels great. So relaxing. Sleep so well after. My only complaint is that it is too big for my neck, so I have to get creative with how to get it to fit - like adding a washcloth between my neck and the padding, or laying down with only the top of my head supported so gravity keeps the electrodes in place while the back of the device gaps at my neck.
