I absolutely love the lotus wheels. Not only is it great for back mobility but it’s made with cushioning and little nodules that give you an amazing massage. Love it!

Just tried some 33 nice gentle massage 27 that really loosened more muscles didn't know needed relaxing🤣 Giving my feet some rolling while my back stops being dramatic lol

Love how there are 5 different pieces in this pack and each are aimed at different parts of the body - such great value. I use the large wheels daily as I work from home, so I often get stiff and tight in the back shoulders and neck. I also use all of the wheels for a recovery massage or mobilising before training. Definitely recommend!
