I'm giving it 5 stars because even those I have only use it one time so far and I love it and the information i got back, but after using it once I found that I can't get the best use out of this device unless I bought the band 2.0 so I did and I'm waiting for it to arrive before i really dive into this unit , but it is an amazing peice of tech I hope it serves me well with my overall health.

This product works as advertised. It provides an interesting look at the overall condition of your body and is useful in helping you make healthy choices. The downside is that the delivery took forever. So long in fact that i had forgotten i ordered it.

So far so good waiting for the band to go with but atleast with this smart scale it shows the difference between arms legs and trunk and fat %. Hopefully once paired with the band 2.0 It will give me more data and insight on my health and well-being
