It does have an impact on my nervous system, and I am still learning the many options for targeted use. I don’t love the app, it doesn’t really track use or outcomes unless l buy some other monitor and I do not want to pay a subscription fee to use something I paid so much for. I’m still in the fence about the device, more so due to the app. The app will sometimes disconnect during use which breaks the enjoyment of the calm. Seems good quality and holds charge. Good pulse and distribution of the stims contact nodes.

You could stop trapping customers into purchasing the subscription after the trial. I didn’t even want the trial. Money automatically came out of my bank account. When I contacted the help service to cancel the subscription your representative was not nice and tried to make me feel stupid. After going back and forth he agreed to send half of the money that had been taken out and it never happened. Now I can’t get on to even use the free app. It’s making me sign up all over again . I don’t want to go through the sign up and free trial again. Please advise as to how to use it and bypass the nonsense.
