I'm 76 years old had trouble stretching with a rubber band since I've got Castle Flexx my stretching has become a lot more efficient and I can stretch with different parts of my body more than with the rubber band. I feel better during the day with my legs since I begin my routine.

Product is as advertised. Ive only tried it once amd received the best stretch ive ever been able to achieve on ky own. Cant wait to see my mobility and flexibility improve with consistent use!

It’s amazingly very strong equipment and effective! Also the weight on it gives it some pull when you are moving through the stretches . Compact and convenient. I hang this up on my door hanger and grab it when I need it wherever I go!
