Chirp Contour | Decompression & Massage Table

This is an amazing product. I had been going to a chiropractor for one year and the only relief was the roller table as my back would not pop. So this table with the roller down the entire back has been the relief I was needing for my back. Only suggestion would be for the HEAT to be down the entire table and a little hotter.

My Dr. recommended I try the Chirp Contour Decompression Massage for chronic neck and back pain. The neck massage has been wonderful. The back massage is a bit "aggressive" for my body type. I folded up a polar fleece blanket to lie on, thus giving some cushion between my bony ribs and back and the rollers.

As a therapeutic sports massage therapist of 30 years, I tend to be very critical of automated massage tables and chairs. However, I have to admit that your table checks off a lot of my boxes, and I find myself using it every night before bed. That being said, I wanted to share some feedback on how the design could be even better from a professional perspective: - Neck Rollers: I would recommend rethinking the dual-roller system for the neck. The larger roller tends to hit the sides of the neck in a way that feels "nervy," while the smaller roller requires me to tilt my chin down significantly to feel it. - Roller Alignment: When the spinal roller reaches the upper back, it lifts the head off the neck rollers, causing me to lose the neck massage entirely. I would suggest removing the larger neck roller and making the smaller one more pronounced so it remains effective even when the back rollers are at their highest point. - Setting Adjustments: On the third setting, it would be beneficial to increase the duration of time that the roller pushes up into the erectors of the back. - Table Length: It would be a great addition if the table were slightly longer to include rollers for the glutes.
