The pillow is good quality and nice to use on neck and shoulders. I only used it once so far, but am happy with it. Its not as powerful as the mat for instant relief though in my opinion.

Love the pillow! It works great on it's own without the mat too. I use it in the car while driving to work for excellent lower back tension release. You're gonna want both the mat and pillow for sure!

Honestly, I was skeptical about the value of buying the pillow. But, I love my mat so much I went for it. It does help to release more of the tension in my neck and at the base of my skull. If you’re like me and you carry heavy tension in your neck, head, and jaw, it’s well worth the purchase!
