Thin line between pain and pleasure

Initially sharp and slightly uncomfortable but breathing through the first 2 mins helps you sink into it. I use it for my feet while working at my desk. Helpful to relieve momentary stress in my workday. I don't think I use it in conjunction w the mat as much as in its own under my desk. It wasn't a must have for my shakti experience.

I absolutely love this pillow! I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck, this pillow helps tremendously!

Favorite pillow shape

We actually have both types of pillow. This pillow shape is my favorite. I love using it under my neck. I also lay with it running down my spine and it feels absolutely fantastic on the muscles by my shoulder blades.
