I think this is going to become part of my routine. I originally bought food-grade bentonite clay b/c of its benefits for teeth, and I used it alongside my regular toothpaste. Then I started getting ads for this, and it basically filled the same role while also containing bentonite clay plus other beneficial ingredients. I feel like it's doing even more for my teeth. I don't replace my toothpaste with it. Since it has an exfoliating effect (even though it feels much gentler than bentonite clay by itself), I now use it occasionally instead of every night. One thing I do differently from the instructions is that I don't rinse it out with water. I just spit, use my tongue scraper, and avoid eating/drinking anything for at least 15 min afterward. I feel like leaving it on my teeth is more beneficial than immediately washing it away. I actually do the same thing with my nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste since dentists generally recommend not rinsing after brushing, so I figured the same approach might work here, even if the instructions say otherwise. I can't say whether it's whitening my teeth, but I haven't noticed any downsides. It hasn't made my teeth sensitive at all, and so far I've had a good experience with it. I definitely wish I'd bought more than three when they were on sale.
