just keep powering through

The first day, I thought I might've bought a level too high. It hurt so bad and I could only stay on for a few minutes. But as I've continued, I've built up a tolerance and can stay on for what feels like forever. I couldn't say I felt overly relaxed after until the other night. I was tossing and turning and could NOT fall asleep. I decided to lay on it for just a few minutes and ended up asleep on it!

I fall asleep after about 5 minutes...

It's difficult to believe. I've never used anything like this before, but it is amazing. After about 2 or 3 minutes, the initial discomfort goes away, and I become so relaxed that I literally fall asleep and have to be waken up by my Apple Watch timer.
