Daily Wellness Tote

Just use this the other day. Great all day bag. Carried everything and I didn't feel weighed down with a bag. Only down fall my jeans are now imprinted with blue streaks on the bag. Thinking of tie dying it or decorating it with color. Thanks for the "freebie"

Its a bag, but...

Compared to the mats feels a little silly to even review this but it really is a great bag. First it's thick canvas so it will actualy last long enough to be a benefit compared to some of the "resuable" bags that start disentegrate after a few months. But the really great part of this bag that I've never seen anywhere else is the dual handle system. Is has a short handle best for carrying by hand and a longer loop that is great over the shoulder!

Ouch to ahhhh

I purchased this bcz a friend told me about it. I love acupuncture, & this is such a good tool to use in between appointments. In the beginning it's very uncomfortable but you MUST stay with it to get to the ahhhh. Now, it's how I start my day! It gives you time to pause, listen to your body & awaken better! It really is great ... just not the 1st day or 2. Stay with it you won't be sorry!
