Great product amd good quality. I had bilateral hip replacements and im trying to build my strenth, balance amd mobility and this is perfect for that and core. A really well made piece of equipment that looks like are when i place on the stand

Slack board and stretching
Love the slack board though it’s taking mdd ex some time to understand how to best use it. So far I’ve used it for stretching!

Poorly designed and potentially dangerous
The balance board itself is solid, but the stand is poorly designed. It’s unstable on carpet, and on hardwood floors it can be knocked over surprisingly easily. Since the board itself is heavy and very solid, that creates a real safety concern if you have young children or pets around.
Had the legs been longer — especially in the back where most of the weight leans and where the center of gravity falls — it would have added much more stability. Instead, it’s simply too easy to tip over.
I don’t mind paying premium prices for well-designed products, but this accessory misses the mark. I’d honestly skip the stand entirely and just lean the board against a wall.
