SlackBoard Plus - Sunrise

I just received it today. Already started using it. It fun and makes me get up and move.

Challenging & Fun

I've had my 2-line Plus board for about 3 weeks now. I went back and forth with my decision between 1 and 2 line for over a month — really glad I went with the 2-line because it's more versatile (I can do 1 line or 2 line exercise) and as a newbie I've been able to progress and do more with the second line option. I actually did the app videos without a board for a month just to be sure it was something I'd stick with -- and I did. I got the board because I was looking for a way to add something new, different and fun into my exercise routine. Something that could be easily incorporated into my every-day. The GibBoard is PERFECT for this!! I keep it out and I'm on and off it all day long (I have a sit-to-stand work desk), with intermittent times of more focus and challenge to improve. When I do focused work outs on the board it reminds me a lot of yoga practice in that it's both a mental and physical experience, requiring a clear mind and focus to improve. That being said, you can also just get on your board and play! It's really versatile. My favorite right now is "tail up". The board itself is beautiful. Well crafted and gorgeous to look at. I consider it another piece of art in my house. (I bought the stand too - good idea as it keeps the board upright and not resting on the wall paint or any furniture). The board arrived ready to go out of the box with clear and simple to understand start-up instructions. The app (and cards) and YouTube are all great support and have helped me advance faster than I thought possible. (And do exercises I never would have thought of on my own). I love the idea of a community of slackers that gather in random outdoor places. When I get confident enough I'll find a group and go see what that's all about too. I've already used the video in the app to tighten one of my lines (one arrived looser than the other -- it bugs me). Really helpful for me to see it done rather than read about it. THANK YOU. Overall I love my Gibboard Plus. It's beautiful and fun. I can feel the difference in my muscles and it's great to know while I'm having fun and challenging myself (mentally and physically) I'm also doing something that will keep my body fit and healthy as I age. I've been telling my friends about my new board, but so far none of them have been brave enough to try it. I've always been ahead of the curve on these types of exercise things ... so time will tell ... but I predict these boards will be super popular in a lot of uses. Thank you.

I bought this as a gift and he just loves everything about the board! The versatility the design the graphics. We think it was the most perfect gift. I am older and may think about getting one to improve my balance and maintain my independence.
