These are humbling but so worth it. Have had 2 days and they are way more challenging than I had originally thought they would be, GREAT! Comes with a link to instructions for getting started. As someone that could climb ropes without using his feet/legs in the Marines many years ago, am so very glad bought these!! If you value your grip, great tool to add to your arsenal!!

Taking Grip Training to the Next Level!
Just started training on these yesterday! It’s crazy how well they work even just at home!
Doing dead hangs and farmers carries. Excited to see the progress I make over the next few months! I highly recommend!
