Good product, lousy instructions

The LadderPod seems sturdy enough for me; and I am 6'2", and 235 pounds. I have serious balance problems, so the upright handles could be a bit sturdier for a person my size. However, they suffice. My only real complaint is that the platform is not as easy to adjust as they make out in their ads and... They really don't tell you about the trick that is necessary to know in order to make it work more easily. I had to contact customer support to learn the trick. It really should be prominent in their instructions, IMHO.

Purchased the LadderPod for lateral step downs

Purchased the LadderPod because I tweaked something in my knee and my virtual PT programmed lateral step downs. I found it so difficult to find stable surfaces around my house, I decided to purchase the LadderPod to have an easy way to progress in height. It's been perfect so far and I've used it almost every day since it arrived.
