Honestly I haven’t used it enough to give it a thorough review. I’ve been doing the RMT club a lot lately because it’s been helping me rehab a shoulder issue. That’s why I recently bought 2 more. I do wish you guys would consider making a quiet version of the pro pulse speed trainers so I can run with them on the treadmill at the gym. They are too loud. Even my wife didn’t want to hear them in the house. Think about it. Your sales would explode because everyone would see them at the gym and wonder what they are which would lead to them discovering David Weck and all the other great things he offers.

I'm sprinting with a Weck Method Power Vest to train:
• Reactive elasticity
• Rotational power
• Ribcage-pelvis connection
• Ground force production
• True athletic resilience
The added load isn't about making it harder.
It's about teaching the body to organize under speed.
When you add strategic load to sprinting:
-You increase force production
-You challenge posture under fatigue
-You build real-world athleticism
-You train the nervous system - not just your lungs
Most people use treadmills to "burn calories."
I use them to build capacity.
Speed is a skill.
Power is a skill.
Resilience is a skill.
And skills must be trained with intention.

I'm happy with the vest. So far I'm just walking about a mile with it, 3 x a week. I'm 73 years old and my body is adjusting to the extra 10 lbs. I put in the vest I feel the vest is working muscle groups I haven't had access to in a while. Overall, I feel stronger and wearing the vest to walk improves my posture.
