Dynamo - Grip Wrist and Forearm Strengthener

It really works the forearms and the grip. So easy to use , and access . Gives you incredible pump , but more importantly, it strengthens you. I was using a traditional roller , but this has mostly replaced that. Seems well made. Nice case. Thanks Gripzilla

I have been using the dynamo for about 3 weeks. Really there is no words to describe this thing. My forearms are on fire. A must purchase. My tennis elbow surgery is postponed.

like a wrist roller but better

My wrists are. wreck, so Ive got to keep them reasonably strong and flexible. I usually have a couple of implements that I use for that but it's a little bit of a pain to just take and use them during the day. No a huge deal but the Dynamo is wayyyy more likely to make it into my hands and get used. It's a tough one too. I can NOT dail it up all the way so there is a lot of room for growth. It's also made to withstand abuse. This is a real piece of gym equipment. Not cheaply made at all.
