FrogWedge Glute Builder

I highly recommend the FrogWedge. I started slow & can feel the burn which is a good thing. Being consistent with a just a couple minutes a day helps build the glutes and all around that area. I like it better than squats.

I’ve been using this for a few years. Many items in my toolkit and this is a favorite. It’s simple but it works to activate the glutes and helps make sure I’m cuing properly. Strong recommend to anyone looking at it.

It truly is a great tool, takes the guessing work out. You don’t need it if you have something that works similar but it won’t be as good, I know, I tried, Love the way it excites the glutes and secondary but still a lot on the hamstrings
