ROM PAD

This pad has worked very well for me. It is firm but allows some compression, which is more comfortable than using the foam half rolls. I like how I get a deep stretch while lifting.

i bought this because i saw ryan humiston using it in a video. i used to use a round roller which was not stable. have used for few weeks and works great. i would definitely buy this if you are looking for a deep stretch in your workout.

The ROM pad was exactly what I was looking for. I use it on many different exercises. The new range of motion has just added a much larger stretch and more depth to my lifts. I now obtain a better pump on the muscle group I working. I highly recommend the ROM pad.
