An excellent American made way to bring big tire workouts home. I've already used this in my own basement and it protects the floor while still allowing me to get full swings and feedback from the hammer. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend

This thing is really solid and built for pounding. I like that I can take it out into the yard, pound on it a while, and bring it back inside -don't have to leave some big ugly tire around in the yard.

Great portable slam pad. Does not have the same height as a tire so you must squat deeper for good total body movement. Can also use for push up and floor pull-ups. Does not slip. Very happy with this purchase.
