Elite Series Adjustable FID Bench

I was excited to set this up, but when I opened the box (which was not damaged in any meaningful way), I discovered the bench had cosmetic defects. I was disappointed by the defects but decided I was more interested in just getting the bench assembled. During assembly, I found that one of the supports was damaged to the point that I could not thread the hex bolt into it. I immediately contacted customer service and was told someone would get back to me. I didn’t hear anything until three business days later. Titan Customer Service then requested photos, which I sent along with an explanation. After waiting hours with no response, I called their customer service team. I waited on hold until I received a callback, at which point I switched lines. The customer service representative was rude and annoyed by my questions, and offered no real help or guidance. The call was also plagued with static to the point that I could barely hear her. Overall, a terrible experience.

Bench is a horror ro put together. Someone was definitely sent this bench before me and attempted to put it together. So many pieces were assembled incorrectly and trying tl find the right pieces & where they are supposed to go pretty much made me guve up.

​I purchased this bench expecting a premium, stable piece of workout equipment, but it fell short of basic safety expectations. The bench exhibits a noticeable wobble and feels as though it could tip over if you lean too far to either side during a set. At a $300 price point, consumers should expect robust engineering, not a product that requires DIY modification to remain grounded. Due to these stability concerns, I am highly disappointed and would advise others to look elsewhere for a more reliable alternative.
