This is exactly as described. Very well built! I love the different angles that can be set for different stretching.

Responsive customer service. Great return policy emails return label. I ordered wrong product. They senr me rhe one I thought I ordered and I returned other item on them.

After 1 use, the grip tape on the right half started to bubble up. Large bubble. Contacted VelorHealth. First response was to send me replacement grip tape and 25% refund. Told them I shouldn't have to do that with a new product, so their second response was the same 25% refund, pop the bubble.. Worst customer service. DO NOT BUY.
