Forearm Finisher

Good but…

The collar doesn’t fit as tight as it should. Anything over 10lbs pushes the collar down the bar. Then the weight slides back-and-forth during use going a little further each rep. Fixed with a secondary pinch collar I had laying around, but wish the OEM collar worked better. As far as forearm isolation though, it’s amazing!

Burns like crazy and pushes you past your limits

This thing absolutely torches your forearms – no other exercise comes close to pushing you beyond failure like the Forearm Finisher does. It forces you to go deeper into the negative and really squeeze out every last rep. The burn is unreal in the best way possible. The only small drawback is that it can be a bit tricky to get strapped in properly by yourself. But once you figure out the technique – sliding both hands in simultaneously from the sides – it works fine. Or just grab a training partner to help you set up in seconds. Minor learning curve aside, this is hands down the most brutal and effective forearm finisher I've ever used

I absolutely love my Forearm Finisher. It has increased my grip tremendously and it has given my forearms significant growth and I have never been able to hit my forearm extensors like this. I absolutely love this product!!
