One Month Later: No Product, No Refund, No Resolution.
I wish I could review the Forearm Finisher itself, but after a month, I still haven’t received my order.
The product shipped weeks ago and appears to be lost in transit. What’s most disappointing is Golden Grip’s customer service. Every time I reach out, I get the same response: they’re “checking with FedEx.” However, no meaningful updates are provided, they refuse to send a replacement, and they won’t issue a refund while the investigation drags on.
I understand shipping issues can happen and aren’t always the company’s fault. What is their responsibility is how they take care of customers when something goes wrong. After waiting a month with no product, no replacement, and no refund, I feel completely stuck.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Golden Grip due to their poor customer service and lack of resolution when a shipment goes missing.

It's pretty big and heavy
I thought I could easily take this to the gym, but it's bigger and heavier than it might look. I think you CAN take it to the gym if you don't mind carrying it in a big bag, but it's probably best to simply have it in a home gym.
The quality build is good. The bottom, larger frame is made of rugged metal, which makes it comfortable and secure to hold, while the other frame is padded, which makes it comfortable for the upper hands. The rotating knob lets you set the distance between the two frames. I set a short distance, and squeeze my hands in between. It's meant to train your extensors, and it does a very good job at that. The package arrive with visual dents and damage, but the product itself was in perfect condition.

Minor quality issues
The device itself is great, but the one inch plate clip that came along with it broke the first time I put it on. Also, I would have liked some instruction on how to best use this. A guide is sold separately, but you shouldn't have to pay additional money for an instruction manual. By supporting the forearms in a position that puts the wrists higher than the elbows, it is possible to emphasize the stretch Part of ROM, turning this into an even better hypertrophy exercise.
