I have been using these with a pullup bar that has dip bars and pads for knee raises. I leave them attached. The Ab Straps give a better workout than the pads. They move slightly so you hold yourself up and control your knee lifts. This gives a great core workout. For me, I can see definition most in the edges of my abs. I do pullups, dips then knee raises with the Ab Straps. All on one piece of equipment.

These ab straps have been an excellent purchase. They're comfortable, well-made, and provide great support during hanging ab exercises. One of the biggest improvements over my old pair is the strap width. I previously used a set with much narrower straps that would dig into my arms and become uncomfortable pretty quickly. These distribute the weight much better, so there's no pinching or pressure points. I also appreciate the large carabiner clips. I use them on my functional trainer/Smith machine combo rack, and the straps are long enough to easily wrap around the top of the frame. The extra length makes them much more versatile than some other designs. The build quality feels very durable, and they've held up well with regular use. I'm not doing all of the advanced hanging movements yet, but after a few months I've already noticed meaningful improvements in my serratus development, upper ab strength, and overall core stability. I've even seen a reduction in my rib flare, which has been one of my training goals. Overall, these are comfortable, sturdy, and thoughtfully designed. If you're looking for a quality set of ab straps that won't dig into your arms, I would definitely recommend these.

Hands down the best and easiest ab straps i have ever used. Easy to clip on and you feel secure because of the type of material used. I am over 250lbs and have had no issues.
