The Reactive Sling Shot has been a great help in my heavier lift, it helps me with form and the fact knowing that its keeping my elbows and other joints safe is a huge plus

Incorrect sizing

I'm 200 pounds and was advised to purchase the xl unfortunately this doesn't help at all as there is very little resistance. This should have been a large and instead of blue one probably should have been stiffer model (red) to be less elastic. Not satisfied with this product

I don't see anything special about it, other than if you work out by yourself it's good for a spotter!!
