The 50lb resistance band is the perfect step up from my 35lb band. I use my 25lb band to warm up, then I progress from there. Man, is it tough! But not so tough that I can't work it! I love the head harness and bands much more than my old school method of using plates. My neck feels stronger than ever!

I'm really happy with the Iron Neck. I just bought my 2nd (I keep one at home, and one in my car to use at the gym). The replacement bands were a decent price, so I was glad to buy three news ones to replace the original that just broke after a few years of heavy use.
