The Strong Arm - Forearm and Wrist Bar

Solid build, this will probably outlast me. Get yourself two 10lb plates, a 25lb plate, and the clamp collar and you have a nice set in your arsenal to grow your forearms and biceps. The welds on mine were nice and clean. I wish I had a negative to say, but nothing comes to mind yet. A+

Solid piece of equipment, nice welds and knurling. Well designed. The collar included is nice, I would just include a simple spring collar if it were me, would be a little faster to remove and put back on. Overall very nice, good job, fast shipping, got here quicker than I expected. Looking forward to blowing my forearms up, regards

Great piece of equipment. Perfect for the living room while watching tv or in the office. Works great. The leverage and angles provide great tension and resistance throughout the whole range of motion. Fun to play around with and experiment with different grips and angles.
