Training Sandbag

Absolutely love these bags - I have purchased 5 of them! The workouts using them are so much fun. The total body workout I get using these is unmatched by any other conventional barbell type weightlifting I have ever done. There is something so gratifying about lifting and carrying a 100+ pound bag (the most I have done to date - goal it 200+ by summer 2027). For me, the monotony of going to the gym for the same machine workouts over and over sent me in search of something else. I simply love going outside and tossing these bags around. If you're on the fence, try one out - I have no regrets with these!

Great sand bag. I've only had it for a couple of weeks but it seems solid and very durable. No leakage thus far. Already recommended it to a couple of people. I bought one from Rep and I hated how it had individual fill bags that you loaded first, then placed into the duffle bag. This is made as one solid piece which is so much better. I also appreciate the price. I just couldn't justify the ones from Rogue. They look to be the exact same but they're easily $100 more. I can't imagine them being any tougher than these freedom ones.

You can fit in 60lbs of dry play sand, the bag won’t be extremely tight you will still have some pinching room at the end of the bag which is ideal for me. Great so far.
