Liked how the dumbell drops in perfectly in the middle. Performed well when i did my weighted dips. If i were to improve on it i would have bigger holes on the top or just use a slightly bigger set of carabiners.
I ended up using my extra large caribiners and put it through the big holes in the middle and it worked out perfectly for this specific workout.

Delays in delivering I ordered my item 30/03 and on ordering was advised order would be fulfilled by 05/04 only to recieve my order 22/05. when queried was given some excuse and would be sent by mid April then extended end April. I have made comments on Trustpilot and other platforms on how poor the service delivery is. If you have stock shortages advise the people correctly that stock not available at the moment
