Very good build quality. Also I like that it keeps constant tension to the muscle. Only thing which I like to know how to perform this exercise in order to get maximum benefit,also reps and sets.

Excellent product

Was hesitant about this product before it arrived but I’m glad to say I was very pleasantly surprised, excellent build quality and simple but effective design I use this now nearly every workout.

Fun product with a good overall design. The chain both looks and sounds great, but also provides great angles while keeping everything lined up. Would be nice to have a slightly more aggressive knurl for those of us who don’t want to deal with chalk all the time. The price is tough to justify, but it seems like it should hold up over time.
