I will admit drinking it alone isn't the best taste but it does give me energy and helps me focus. The texture is great I just heat some water up and it fully dissolves. I sometimes mix it with an electrolyte after it dissolves in the warm water and I don't taste it at all.

This dissolves great when mixed, it doesn’t have that chalky texture / feel like some many other creatines. The flavor is a little different and takes some getting used to, but all in all it is a great

I feel that this quality has significantly effect for my gym gains and I’ve started to see it. Need another one soon!!
