Re-Lyte® Hydration Electrolyte Powder Sample Pack (7 ct.)

My son and I are enjoying the Re-lyte Hydration Electrolyte powder. The powder mixes well in liquids. The flavors are pleasant and not overwhelming. I am not a fan of stevia, and most hydration-type drinks have way too much, but the amount in this powder is just enough to add a bit of sweetness and not overwhelming the other flavors. We also appreciate the small list of ingredients!

I am continually dehydrated, I loved the flavor and the variety of flavors. I like the convenience of the single serving. Unfortunately these contain more salt than my Dr wants me to be consuming. I hope a less sodium solution will become available.

Having never used Redmond I liked the sample pack to try some of the flavors. I only wish you had an option to select what flavors you want to try. There’s other flavors available which don’t come in the sample pack. Keeps me hydrated and I like them being available for traveling.
