Great for postpartum too!

I've been taking these since pregnancy and am now almost 9 months postpartum. It's part of my daily self-care routine and has helped to meet my nutrient needs while breastfeeding and caring for my four young kiddos. Taking eight capsules is easy for me while drinking my electrolyte beverage!

WAY too many pills

I could not wait to be done my one month supply of this prenatal. You are expected to take eight pills a day. On top of first trimester nausea and bloating, this volume of pills was an endless chore. It took me all day to get all the pills down, not to mention the four additional pills for the omega pro I bought. But even when I feel better in the second trimester, I have no interest in ever taking this many pills a day again. I’m sure it’s packed with nutrients that are great for my baby, but for me the standard prenatal is a much better choice.
