Re-Lyte® Hydration Electrolyte Powder 30 Count Stick Packs

Hiked rim to rim in 2024. did a lot of research on electrolytes for proper hydration. so many products had too much sugar. re-lyte was the perfect product for taste and results. use it now for workouts and working outside in hot weather with great results

I absolutely love your product, but this pack had some packs that appeared to be old. They are hard and don't dissolve as well as the ones that are powder. Definitely will order again, but this time I'll try a tub of it instead of the individual packs.

Flavors

Overall, I think Relyte does what it says it will do, providing electrolytes. However, some of the flavors are a bit too sweet for me so next time I need to order the single flavor packet instead of the mixed flavors.
