I have been using this awhile with just one pill a day and didn't see much change, I increased it to 2 before my biggest meal and still waiting to see if I notice a difference. I feel like if you have to take that many in a day the bottle needs to be larger.

I love this product. I have it on a subscription because I don’t want to go without it. It has helped me so much. Cancel out the food noise and stop over eating.
