As a perimenopausal woman, I live under the rule of you only eat once a day, but this does help subside the cravings if I ever get them, which I don’t really. I truly bought this product for my husband and he just refuses to take it so I take it.

Works really well for cravings

This works a little too well. I had to really figure out the timing for when to take these and landed at lunch time. If I take it in the morning, I forget to eat and then I'm famished by dinner. So word of warning, if it doesn't seem to work for you, try shifting when you are taking it.
