Good supplement

Ive been taking the supplement for 30 days now and I don't feel any adverse effects. It's clearly labeled, my subscription arrives on time and quickly. I did wish they had more secure packaging than a paper bag shipping box, sometimes people have torn the bag open to look at the interior. In that case, I still felt ok taking the pills bc the tamper seal was still securely in place and didn't show any signs of perforation.

I like this product. It’s only one a day for me to get that extra 500 mg. Pills are small and easy to swallow as well.
