Epicure 8" Chef's Knife

outstanding quality

Thank you Wūstof for continuing a legacy of quality. An heirloom quality knife I will hand down to my progeny. Hopefully they realize what they have. Just bought a 200 dollar slab of beef from Costco, the Wuüstof 8” chef’s knife turned it into 16 beautiful New York steaks in 5 minutes! Almost effortless! A quality blade is worth every penny.

Great knife for the price

Bought this out of necessity as my Chefs classic 9” broke at the bolster and the blade. Blade came in super sharp and I like the weight and feel. It does rock more than my classic but that is by design. The slightly bent handle feels natural but I have yet to a force cutting through harder ingredients. Smashing garlic was easy as the blade is wide. This model was on sale and was definitely worth it.

First Wustof knife I purchased

Grabbed a chef knife I saw on sale from Wustof a few weeks ago. Surprised by the quality. I use it for slicing meats off the grill. Any ways I'll probably buy more Wustof knives in the future.
