Wide blade guard
Protects blade perfectly. Discouraged I couldn’t purchase at Williams Sonoma, where I purchased the knife. Was told knife came with a cardboard sheath, which was not true. Shipping cost basically doubled the price of the guard.

Good knife guard. Non abrasive inside that doesn't scratch your blade. Easily washable too.

Highly recommend
I highly recommend the blade guard. Wusthof knives are very sharp. The blade guard protects the knife’s sharpness and protects you from being cut accidentally. I am very happy with this purchase. It is well worth the cost.
