Just an all round all purpose knife. Really nice balance, well finished, razor sharp edge, cuts clean and smooth with zero stickiness through potatoes or meats.

I had one of these many years ago until some savage stole it from my bench. Finally reacquired one and am enjoying it's sharpness and workhorse ability once again. Effortlessly got through prep for a past weekend event. Excellent knife!
