Feels high quality. Very pretty. I like the layers on the handle. I just used it and it’s comfortable and cuts well.

A beautiful piece

I had gotten this as a gift for my girlfriend we are both chefs in a high volume kitchen and this is her first quality chef's knife. She's been really happy with its performance compared to the house knives She's used too. I bought myself a miyabi koh to have a kind of set between the two of us very happy with the results.

Nice well rounded knife. Well balanced and razor sharp. My only gripe would be because of the nature of the flat mirror finish food can be a bit clingy.
